History comes alive. Historical Dream jewelry, clothing and home accessories commemorate African, Spanish, Asian and native Americans whose contributions are little known yet significant in American history.

Philadelphia, PA. Historical Dream, LLC was launched May of 2015 to elevate the

social and consumer awareness of ethnic leaders during the pre and post antebellum

eras. This misson is portrayed through an interview seen online at KHOU-TV - Great Day Houston, February 12, 2016. Historical Dream takes Leaders of African, Spanish, Asian descents and Native to the Americas are being memorialized on everyday wearables and home accessories. Products feature Elizabeth Keckley, a free slave who migrated to Washington, D.C. and established a dressmaking business that catered to politicians’ wives of the era. Her reputation attracted the interest of Mary Todd Lincoln for whom Ms. Keckley became a personal dressmaker and confidant. In 1868, Elizabeth Keckley published a controversial memoir of her life and experience with first lady Mary Todd Lincoln - Behind the Scenes. Historical Dream memorializes Wong Chin Foo who advocated for the rights of Chinese during the 19th century. Mr. Foo proclaimed himself China's first missionary to America and was the first to employ the term Chinese Americans. He was an ardent lecturer, journalist, and prolific writer of his political cause. Maria Amparo Ruiz de Barton was an influential American during the 19th century who authored the first book by a Latina in English. Maria was an advocate against the boundaries limiting the lives of women and Hispanics. Historical Dream takes these and other forgotten heroes and celebrates their contributions to America.

Founder, Nina Grier, is a Philadelphia native, and a former healthcare industry executive. She is passionate about the contributions of all people who make up the fabric of America.
